Access to Balanso

We want people with disabilities to be able to learn about our products, shop, and contact us. We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of getbalanso.com.

If you have difficulty using any part of the website, email support@getbalanso.com with the subject “Accessibility assistance.” Tell us the page or feature you were using, what went wrong, and how you would prefer us to help. If useful, include your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

We can help explain product information, provide information in an alternative format where available, and assist with shopping or an existing order. Please do not email payment-card details or passwords.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvements, including keyboard navigation, readable text and contrast, meaningful headings, and text alternatives for images. This statement is not a claim that every page or third-party feature fully conforms to that standard.

Feedback and ongoing improvements
