This website, getbalanso.com, is operated by Balanced Vital Organics Inc. under the Balanso brand. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases directly from Balanso. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. Contact us at support@getbalanso.com with questions.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep any account access details secure. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation, or unauthorized access to data.

Products and health information

Balanso sells dietary supplements. Products and website information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for medical advice. Follow the product label. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, particularly if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Our products are not formulated for anyone under 18. Individual results vary; ingredient studies do not establish that a finished Balanso product will produce the same results.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Purchases are one-time orders unless a separate offer expressly states otherwise and you agree to it. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailability, a material pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the canceled amount. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

We may update prices, availability, and offers for future orders. We aim to keep descriptions and images accurate, but screen appearance and natural product variations can differ. This does not reduce your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Promotions

Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer and the discount reflected at checkout. Unless an offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. For promotional-pack returns, all items in the pack, including free items, must be returned as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds do not exceed the amount actually paid for eligible returned products, with applicable tax adjustments.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). Free standard shipping applies to orders of $40 USD or more after discounts and before tax. Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days; transit time is additional. See our Shipping Policy for coverage, charges, and delivery details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us if an order is delayed or missing.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy governs return requests and refunds. Change-of-mind returns are limited to your first order, requested within 30 days of delivery, and require unopened, unused bottles with intact seals. Promotional packs must be returned complete. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are handled separately. To request cancellation before fulfillment begins, contact support@getbalanso.com promptly. Cancellation after fulfillment starts is not guaranteed.

Website content and third-party services

Balanso and its licensors retain their rights in the website's text, images, branding, and other content. You may use the website for personal shopping and information; other use requires permission unless permitted by law. Links to other websites are provided for convenience or reference. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify provides the platform that powers our store.

Availability and your rights

We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly described products.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date. Changes apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
