How to take

One capsule daily with breakfast. CoQ10 is fat-soluble and absorbs better alongside a meal.

Same time each day. In the ingredient studies, blood NAD+ and ergothioneine were measured at 4 weeks and later, so give it a full quarter.

Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. If you take blood thinners (such as warfarin), blood-sugar or blood-pressure medication, or have a medical condition, check with your clinician first.

The science

Three branded ingredients. Kaneka Q10® is coenzyme Q10, part of the chain inside your mitochondria that makes ATP, your cells’ energy currency. AbinoNutra® NMN is a precursor your body uses to make NAD+; in a maker-supported 60-day study of healthy adults aged 40–65, 300–900 mg a day raised blood NAD+ compared with placebo, and our capsule provides 500 mg. ErgoActive® is ergothioneine, a dietary antioxidant; at our 10 mg it raised blood ergothioneine in a maker-supported 16-week study of adults aged 55–79.

These are studies of the ingredients, not of this finished product. The chapters show what each trial measured, in whom, and when.

Figures are from published studies of the named branded ingredients — studies of the ingredients, not of this finished product. NMN was studied at 300, 600 and 900 mg; our capsule provides 500 mg. Both NMN and ErgoActive® studies were funded by their makers. The mushrooms are shown because ergothioneine occurs in them; ErgoActive® itself is made by fermentation.

One capsule. Three actives.

One capsule · powder

Three actives, one fill

AbinoNutra® NMN, Kaneka Q10® coenzyme Q10 and ErgoActive® ergothioneine are all dry powders, so they share a single plant-based capsule. No oil, no second chamber.

The shell

Plant-based, acid-resistant

Plant cellulose (HPMC), made to resist acid. No gelatin.

Fermented and enzymatic

Made, not extracted

Kaneka Q10® comes from yeast fermentation, ErgoActive® from fermentation, and AbinoNutra® NMN from an enzymatic process. Each is the purified form the research used.

One a day

With breakfast

    Supports cellular energy production

Kaneka Q10® provides coenzyme Q10, part of the chain inside your mitochondria that makes ATP.

These are research timepoints in blood markers, not a schedule of things you will feel. Studies tested individual ingredients, not Cellular Energy, and were funded by the ingredient makers. Results vary.

Asked, answered.

What does “cellular energy” mean here?

Your cells make energy as ATP, mostly inside their mitochondria. Coenzyme Q10 is part of the chain that produces it, and NAD+ is the cofactor much of that metabolism runs on. Kaneka Q10® supplies CoQ10, and AbinoNutra® NMN is a precursor your body uses to make NAD+. That is the role these ingredients play. We don’t promise you’ll feel more energetic: no study of these doses measured that.

Is NMN allowed in dietary supplements?

Yes. In September 2025 the FDA confirmed that NMN is not excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement, reversing its 2022 position.

Why 500 mg of NMN?

AbinoNutra®’s 60-day study tested 300, 600 and 900 mg a day in healthy adults aged 40–65. All three raised blood NAD+ compared with placebo; 600 mg did more than 300 mg, and 900 mg no more than 600 mg. Our 500 mg sits between the two lower doses. It was not itself a study arm, so we don’t claim the study’s figures for it. The study was funded by the ingredient’s makers.

Are the mushrooms in the capsule?

No. Ergothioneine occurs naturally in mushrooms, which is why they appear in our photos. ErgoActive® is made by fermentation and purified; there is no mushroom in the capsule.

When should I take it, and is it safe with medication?

One capsule daily with breakfast. CoQ10 is fat-soluble and absorbs better with food. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. CoQ10 may reduce the effect of warfarin, so if you take a blood thinner, blood-sugar or blood-pressure medication, or have a medical condition, check with your clinician first.
