Where we ship

We ship only within the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or international destinations.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Dispatch is the time it takes to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier, and it's separate from transit time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and carrier delays can affect them.

Order changes and delivery issues

Contact support@getbalanso.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are possible before fulfillment starts and aren't guaranteed afterwards.
