The mountain root
Rhodiolife® rhodiola — a smaller dose, stated plainly.
Rhodiola rosea is a hardy plant of cold mountains and northern coasts, and its root has a long history of traditional use. Rhodiolife® is Nektium’s extract of that root. We use 150 mg, half the dose its maker recommends, so we name it and make no claim for it.

Half the dose, and we say so.
Rhodiolife®’s maker recommends at least 300 mg a day. Our capsule carries 150 mg alongside Zenroot™ ashwagandha and affron® saffron, so we don’t borrow its research or claim what it does at a dose we don’t use. That is the honest version, and it is the one we print.
What we say about it
- Named, dosed and disclosed150 mg of Rhodiolife® Rhodiola rosea root extract, on the label to the milligram.
- No claim at this doseIts maker recommends at least 300 mg a day. We use half, so we make no stress, energy or mood claim for it.
- A long traditional historyRhodiola rosea, also called golden root or roseroot, has a long history of traditional use in Scandinavia and Russia. Tradition isn’t evidence, and we don’t present it as such.
Its maker reports clinical evaluation at 300–340 mg a day. At our 150 mg, this page shows no study card and makes no claim. Other rhodiola extracts have been studied at other doses; they are different extracts, so we cite none of them.
