His screens, on the record.
I married someone whose days happen on screens. This is the real record behind the formula I built for him.

A day has many tabs.
Share of tracked app hours. App names are rolled up into these buckets on his machine; they never leave it.
Personal. Transparent. Still private.
What exactly is measured?
A script on my husband’s Mac reads Apple’s own Screen Time records and exports daily totals. For the Mac, “hours on” is the wall-clock time his display was actually lit; for his iPhone, it’s the time an app was actually on screen, from the records Apple’s device sync delivers to the Mac. Apple’s Screen Time app counts differently — it adds each app’s time separately, so two windows side by side for an hour count as two hours — which is why the number in his Settings app usually reads higher. We publish the smaller, physical one.
What stays private?
App names. The export rolls them into five buckets on his machine before anything is published — the raw list never leaves it. You get the honest shape of his screen life, not his inbox.
How often is this updated?
Updated roughly weekly; the newest day is always partial. Apple only keeps about four weeks of history on-device, so the log begins in June 2026 — when we started exporting — and grows from here. His iPhone hours are in from July 7, 2026, the oldest phone records the sync delivered; before that the log is Mac-only.
Is this proof the formula works?
This page is the reason Balanso exists, not evidence that it works. Anything we claim about the eye formula lives with the ingredient studies, doses and disclaimers on the product page — supplements are supported by ingredient research, not by my husband’s screen habits.
